Rules of Conduct
As part of the continuous revisions of Bajamar's CCR's, specifically the Rules of Conduct, there have been suggestions regarding the importance of updating such rules; however, we believe that the community should provide input regarding any modification to the rules.
One of the subjects that has generated special interest is Rule No.2: Noise & Disturbances which is the one regulating private parties and noise levels.
Since there are multiple and opposing ideas about this topic, we are including a summary for you to read and vote in this survey. If you would like to see changes in Rule No.2, what are the changes you would like to see implemented?
Voting or not is your right but it also is your responsibility. If you want to see changes in our community, and for this matter, in Rule No.2, take your time, read, make an informed decision, and vote! |

Reglas de Conducta
Como parte de las revisiones de las Protecciones de Bajamar, específicamente las Reglas de Conducta, algunos vecinos han solicitado la actualización de tales reglas; sin embargo, creemos que toda la comunidad es la que debe decidir si estas reglas deben modificarse.
Uno de los puntos que ha generado especial interés es la Regla No.2: Ruido y Disturbios, la cual es la que regula las fiestas privadas y los niveles de ruido.
En vista de que las ideas acerca de este tópico son diversas y opuestas, aquí les presentamos un resumen de la regla para que la lea y vote. En esta encuesta queremos saber si le gustaría que hubiera cambios en la Regla No.2 y si así fuera, cuáles son los cambios que le gustaría ver.
Votar o no es tu derecho, pero también es tu responsabilidad. Si deseas ver cambios en nuestra comunidad, y en este caso en particular, en la Regla No.2, toma tu tiempo, lee, infórmate para tomar la decisión correcta y vota! |
