Residents are starting to migrate
over to our new fiber optics and are impressed with the service. The process involves some work on
your part to bring the fiber into your house from the sidewalk (remember to
have your contractor bury the cable) The steps involved for a home that
has a telephone line and one that does not are almost the same. However, if
you do not have a current telephone line, you will need to establish an
account. Remember: TELNOR has blocked all
connections and services in our missions so no one can switch to fiber optic
without contacting the office and BHOA verifying you are in compliance. BHOA
will then let TELNOR know they can come and do the installation. Requirements
for a property with an existing telephone line: 1. Take the conduit from the
sidewalk and into the property where the actual telephone cable can be
located. 2. Connect the guide that was left
on the sidewalk with an extension all the way to the access point. 3. Let the BHOA office know that the
connection is finished. 4. The BHOA office will call TELNOR
to inform them that the connection has been approved so TELNOR unblocks it. 5. The BHOA will provide TELNOR with
the phone number that has to be "migrated" to the new technology
and TELNOR will contact the Homeowners to schedule an appointment. 6. The Homeowner will inform TELNOR
of the plan they want to use. Requirements
for a property that needs a new telephone line: 1. Take the conduit from the

includes the coordinates g) RFC (Federal Tax Payers Registry
– see https://immigrationtomexico.mx/what-is-an-rfc-and-10-steps-to-get-one/) h) Inform TELNOR if the modem and
installation will be paid for in 1 installment ($999 pesos) or in 12
installments ($1,470 pesos at $122.50 pesos per month for12 months) Following is a partial list of

Los residentes están comenzando
a migrar a nuestra nueva fibra óptica y están impresionados con el servicio. El proceso implica algo de
trabajo de su parte para llevar la fibra a su casa desde la acera (recuerde
que su contratista entierre el cable) Los pasos por seguir para una
vivienda que tiene línea telefónica y otra que no la tienen son casi los
mismos. Sin embargo, si no tiene una línea telefónica actual, deberá crear
una cuenta. Recuerde: TELNOR ha bloqueado
todas las conexiones y servicios en nuestras misiones para que nadie pueda
cambiarse a fibra óptica sin comunicarse con la oficina y la BHOA verifique
que se encuentra al corriente. Luego, la BHOA informará a TELNOR que pueden
venir y realizar la instalación. Requisitos para una propiedad
con línea telefónica existente: 1. Lleve el conducto desde la
acera hasta la propiedad donde se puede ubicar el cable telefónico real. 2. Conecte la guía que quedó en
la acera con una extensión hasta el punto de acceso. 3. Informe a la BHOA que la
conexión está completa. 4. La BHOA llamará a TELNOR para
informarles que la conexión ha sido aprobada para que TELNOR la desbloquee. 5. La BHOA proporcionará a
TELNOR el número de teléfono que debe "migrar" a la nueva
tecnología y TELNOR se comunicará con los Propietarios para programar una
cita. 6. El Propietario informará a
TELNOR cuál es el plan que desea utilizar. Requisitos para una propiedad
que necesita una nueva línea telefónica: 1. Tome el conducto desde la
acera hasta la propiedad donde se ubicará la nueva caja. 2. Conecte la guía que quedó en
la acera con una extensión hasta el punto de acceso. 3. Informe a la oficina de BHOA
que la conexión ha finalizado. 4. La oficina de BHOA llamará a
TELNOR para informarles que la conexión ha sido aprobada para que TELNOR la
desbloquee. 5. La BHOA proporcionará al
propietario un número de teléfono para programar una cita. 6. El Propietario informará a
TELNOR del plan que desea utilizar. Envía un WhatsApp al número
646-194-2725 (sólo funciona con WhatsApp). Te pedirán que envíes lo siguiente
por el mismo medio: a) Identificación oficial b) Dirección completa c) Datos de referencia de la
casa (color, al lado, entre qué calles, etc.) d) 2 números de teléfono celular
diferentes como referencia e) dirección de correo
electrónico f) Ubicación del mapa de Google
que incluye las coordenadas g) RFC (Registro Federal de
Contribuyentes – ver https://immigrationtomexico.mx/what-is-an-rfc-and-10-steps-to-get-one/) h) Informar a TELNOR si el módem
y la instalación se pagarán en 1 cuota ($999 pesos) o en 12 cuotas ($1,470
